Our Team Approach

• Earl L. Simon has practiced law since 1969 — working first in the Taxation Department at Arthur Anderson, and later opening his own practice.
• Manny Mark Lapidos has practiced law since 1970, focusing exclusively on commercial litigation and business law.
• Stephanie D. Uhler, has practiced law since 1998. She previously worked as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis for 4 years, and now applies her experience and knowledge to our small firm environment.

With a support staff of two paralegals and a legal secretary, our team of attorneys is readily able to help you overcome any obstacles and build a better future for yourself and your business.
